《 特點與功能》

遠心分離脫水機乃是藉其迴轉籠(迴轉籃)，高速旋轉時所產生之離心力。
具有最早歷史的標準型遠心離脫水機，構造堅固實用，操作安全簡便，適用於一般化學液體與液體、液體與固體之間達到澄清、濃縮、分離、過濾。
諸如食品、染織、製藥、纖維、畜產加工、製糖、製鹽、油脂、鍍金…等之脫水目的。
迴轉機械可使各種工業增加產量，是改進品質不可缺少的設備。
橋煒（立煒）公司備有各種型式、尺寸，提供各界參考及選用。
主要材質分類：SUS型及RL型等兩種。

一、型式：LW-SS（Stainless Steel）
A 內籃：接觸面皆以SUS-304或316不銹鋼材製成。不銹鋼接觸面經拋光處理。
B 外套：接觸面皆以SUS-304或316不銹鋼材製成。不銹鋼接觸面經拋光處理。

二、型式：LW-RL（Rubber Lining）
A 內籃：接觸液面皆以硬質耐酸石咸橡膠加襯而成。鐵質內、外接觸液面全部襯橡膠。
B 外套：接觸液面皆以硬質耐酸石咸橡膠加襯而成。鐵、鑄鐵質內接觸液面襯橡膠。

三、型式：ECTFE-鎳-鈦料
用途：
A.化學工業:農藥、調味品、肥料及酸化合物之脫液抽液分離。
B.食品工業:食品、果汁、鹽、糖、澱粉、豆餡等之渣汁分離。
C.金屬工業:鍍金及浸油加工品之脫水、脫油。
D.染織工業:纖維、布料之染織脫水。
E.其他工業:洗染業、漁牧業、畜產加工業之脫水分離。

It is used for clarifying, concentrating, filtering and dehydrating, food; dyeing and spinning, pharmaceutical, fiber, and livestock products; processing, sugar and salt; and manufacturing, fatty-oils. All of surfaces with the liquild. Made of AISI-304 or AISI-316 Stainless Steel.

All of surfaces with the liquild, made of AISI-304 or AISI-316 Stain-less Steel.

Model LW-RL(Rubber Lining)

All of surfaces with the liquild, made of hard Rubber Lining Mild Steel, inner and Outside by Rubber Lining.0

All of surfaces with the liquild, made of hard Rubber Lining. Mild Steel, inner by Rubber Lining.T.
USAGES:
a. Chemical lndustry:
Dehydration and separation of pesticide. Seasoning, fertilizer and the synthetic materials of acid and soda.
b. Food lndustry:
Separation for the less of the food, juice, salt, sugar, starch, residue.
c. Metal lndustry:
Dehydration and defatted of processing goods plating with gold or immersing with waters.K.
d. Dyeing lndustry:

Dyeing dehydration of fiber and cloth..
e. Others:
Dehydration and separation of cleaning and dyeing industry, fishing and dastroal industry of livestock processing goods.
