《 特點與功能》

內、外桶身（胴身）及安全蓋均採用不銹鋼材質打造，油壓驅動式掀覆安全蓋。
本脫水機以油壓驅動，起動平穩，耗電量低，加速穩定。
油壓剎車，減速平穩，不會產生緊急剎車，亦不會導致軸心扭曲變型的情形。
油壓驅動可快速運轉（迴轉）；亦可慢速運轉（迴轉），可順向運轉（迴轉）；亦可逆向運轉（迴轉）
放入或取出布料，無須加裝輔助馬達，或更換傳動皮帶輪。
運轉（迴轉）可經由流量閥設定R.P.M.，調整轉速8至760R.P.M.，有助於不同種類布料脫水作業。
脫水效果絕佳，可節省烘乾、定型的時間，並降低成本。
迴轉籃（迴轉籠）均經電腦同步平衡測定，安全無慮。
本脫水機有裝置油溫控制器、液面控制器、三點懸垂（懸吊）震動感測器（感應器）及轉速計數器（測速器）。
驅動油壓系統採用進口油壓原件配合。
全機採用PLC微電腦液晶螢幕監控設備，修改及操作界面，並有異常顯示幕，緊急剎車、停止等，提供操作人員安全舒適隨時掌控脫水流程。

《 Features and Function 》

Basket, shell and safety cover are all made of stainless steel. The machine is incorporated with a hydraulic system to open/close the safety cover.
The machine is driven by an hydraulic motor driving system which provides smooth start, low power consumption and stable speed acceleration.
The machine is incorporated with an hydraulic brake system which provides stable and smooth speed deceleration. The special design of the machine will not cause sharp braking and shaft distortion.
The hydraulic motor driving system can rotate in high speed or low speed or in clockwise or counter clockwise direction.
No auxiliary motor is needed, and there is no need to change the driving pulley belt.
The operating speed (rotation speed) range is 8-760 RPM which speed can be properly selected for handling the dehydration process for different kinds of fabric.
The machine provides a high dehydration effect that can save working time of drying and setting, and therefore reduce the processing cost.
The Rotating Basket (Rotating cage) has passed the computerized balancing test. Thus it will not cause any safety problem.
The machine is incorporated with an oil temperature controller;an oil level controller, a three-point suspension type vibration sensing device (sensor)and a tachometer (speed meter).
The hydraulic driving system adopts the high quality hydraulic control untrol units and parts imports imported from foreign countries.
The complete machine adopts the PLC micro computer monitor system ,and is incorporated with a adjustable timer controller to provide a comfortable and safe operation environment.
