《 特點與功能 》
- 內、外桶身（胴身）及安全蓋均採用不銹鋼材質打造，採氣壓或油壓驅動式掀覆安全蓋。
- 本脫水機以變頻驅動，起動平穩，耗電量低，加速穩定，可快速運轉。
- 採用特殊馬達運轉，加上變頻剎車，減速平穩，不會產生緊急剎車，亦不會導致軸心扭曲變型。
- 配合吊車（天車），使用吊網裝卸，節省布料及絞紗（布匹及紗仔）等放入及取出的作業時間，有標準型機種的加倍效率。
- 由掀覆式安全蓋覆蓋後啟動馬達，並自動跳速，運轉（迴轉）、停止、掀蓋等作業程序操作，不需熟手操作員，一人可同時操作數台。
- 脫水效果甚佳，適宜不同布料及紡紗（布匹及絞紗）脫水作業，節省烘乾，定型的時間，並降低成本。
- 採用變頻式起動開關，並附RPM顯示及可調式時間控制器，操作時安全舒適。
- 尼龍吊網(繩)及圓布車為選配。

- A hoist machine is applied for mounting and dismounting the hanging net. Which can save the working time of loading and unloading the fabric and yarn (textured and untextured yarn). And provide a working efficiency double that of standard type machines.T.
- When the safety cover is closed. The motor is automatically started, and the rotating speed is automatically adjusted to normal operation seppd, Then the operation is stopped, and the safety cover is lifted to complete the operation process. No skilled worker is needed, and several machines can be handled by only one worker.K.
