在分離微細體或泥狀溶液，一般有孔壁之內籃(Basket)配用之金屬網或濾布常會堵塞或直接通過，而無法將之分離。因此需使用到無孔壁之「高速掠取型遠心分離機」
敝公司製造之高速掠取型遠心分離機，除型式與標準型大同小異外主要配件均精選高級鋼材加工精製而成，迴轉部份亦經精密平衡校正，可得極安全穩定之旋轉。掠取器經特別設計，堅固耐用，可任意調節。

採用無孔內籃，物料由上部卸料間歇操作的沈降分離方式，遠心效果特大，操作時無需濾布，適用於原液中過濾困難之固形微粒子及泥狀液之分離與澄清，在離心力作用下物料的輕重開始分層，重料緊貼內網壁，輕料形成內層液狀，該澄清液體藉由掠取器管溢流出，固體則在剎車停機時由人工卸除。

化學工業：農藥、調味品、肥料及酸化合物之脫液，抽液分離等。
油脂工業：動植物油之沉澱、抽液、脫液分離。
食品工業：食品、果汁、鹽糖、澱粉、豆餡等渣汁分離。
